Saint Soldier School Wins 27 Medals at State Athletics

Saint Soldier School

Students of Saint Soldier International School, Sector 28-B, Chandigarh, made the institution proud by winning 27 medals, including 12 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze, at the Inter-School Athletics State Championship 2025–26. The Education Department, Chandigarh, organised the championship at the Sports Complex, Sector 7.

Achievements at the State Championship

Competing in the U-17 and U-19 categories, the athletes showcased excellent performance, discipline and sportsmanship across track and field events. Their consistent efforts resulted in a remarkable overall medal haul.

Relay Teams Lead the Medal Tally

The school’s relay teams delivered standout performances by securing multiple gold medals in the 4×100 m and 4×400 m events. Gurjot Singh, Abhimanyu Bhatt, Mayank, Jasgun, Tejas, Shivanh Chahal and Kush Dahiya played key roles in these victories.

Strong Individual Performances

In individual events, Kush Dahiya won silver in the 400 m and bronze in the 200 m. Aarya claimed silver in the Long Jump and bronze in the 400 m, while Baani secured silver in the 1500 m race. Pavit Singh added a bronze medal in the 800 m event.
