Jasria originally took what appeared to be the safest path, just like many young individuals. With the hope of eventually working for her father’s company, she enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
But she knew in her heart that she wanted something else.

She made one of the most audacious choices of her life just before her first-year final exams: she left college.
Although it wasn’t an easy decision, it would determine her destiny.
Luckily, she had her parents’ unflinching support, who encouraged her to fully pursue her aspirations since they believed in them.
New Opportunities, New Challenges, and a New City
Learning Beyond the Classroom
One of the most prominent culinary schools in the world, Le Cordon Bleu, accepted Jasria. Moving so far away from home felt intimidating, even though it was an amazing opportunity.
Rather, she decided to sign up for a European Pastry course in Mumbai.
The experience of living alone in a new place changed my life. She gained confidence, was forced to step outside of her comfort zone, and learned important lessons about perseverance and independence.
At first, she thought she would work in the food industry. But she discovered that her primary passion wasn’t the industrial aspect of food after working as an intern at a biscuit production factory.
She gained clarity from the event.
Baking was where her heart belonged.
When a Hobby Became a Business

Jasria kept baking and giving her baked goods with her loved ones back home. What began as a straightforward pastime quickly developed into something much more.
A buddy once demanded to pay for one of her baked goods.
Then a second friend followed suit.
Orders from friends of friends soon started coming in. Before long, orders were being placed by total strangers.
It was immensely satisfying for Jasria to witness people truly enjoying what she had made. She had never felt such a sense of fulfillment.
Her entrepreneurial trajectory was propelled by that emotion.
She also sought certification in Holistic Nutrition to broaden her knowledge of food. Her objective was straightforward: to provide goods that were not just delicious but also accessible to a broader demographic.
