creations was a cheesecake with six different flavors in a single cake. She also designed
concept-based cakes for a fellow architect by blending personal stories with artistic and

presentation.

competition for a conceptual cake design. The achievement encouraged her to keep learning
and improving. For Simran, every cake is not just a dessert but a creative experience that adds
joy to people’s celebrations.
