From Professional Knowledge to Personal Purpose
As a mother, Kamaljot is aware that there are issues with parenting at every turn. A mother can be attempting to make sense of contradicting information, comprehend a health issue, or choose which questions to pose to a medical expert. Knowing what to trust can be far more difficult than finding knowledge. Many times mothers fail to express there actual doubt in front of the doctor because of the stress she is going through due to the tense situation with her baby.
She has a good reason to respect responsible, precise communication because of her experience in pharmacy. Her experience as a mother serves as a reminder that helpful information must also be understandable, useful, and considerate of the struggles faced by families. Pharma Mom was inspired by that mix.
The Idea Behind Pharma Mom
Kamaljot started Pharma Mom as a platform to provide moms with useful, scientifically supported health and parenting information. Its goal is to make difficult subjects seem more approachable so mothers may learn more clearly and confidently. This platform works 24 hours as a healthcare support system to parents who find themselves in doubt in the middle of the night.
For Kamaljot, disseminating information involves more than just stating the facts. It involves taking into account the reader—a mother who might be preoccupied, worried, or unsure of where to start. She wants to use Pharma Mom to provide content that honors those realities while remaining rooted in science.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
In addition to her work on Pharma Mom, Kamaljot is still dedicated to learning. She placed second at an international conference on medications and second during Pharmacy Week. Additionally, Novartis India has certified her as Good Clinial Practices (GCP)
These turning points show a journey that is constantly changing. She is expanding her knowledge of the larger healthcare sector and strengthening her pharmacy expertise by obtaining a Masters program in pharmacy. As she investigates how new tools could enhance the dissemination and comprehension of health knowledge, her interest in AI in healthcare adds another layer to that quest.
Growing Into Every Role
Kamaljot characterizes herself as imaginative, aspirational, and inquisitive. She is constantly striving to advance as a mother, a professional, and an entrepreneur. Although such professions provide different obstacles, they also complement one another: parenting keeps her focused on the actual issues that families confront, while her professional background influences the content she generates.
